Fun things to do

Whenever you are next bored, or feel like being annoying, here are some cool things to do.

At lunch time, sit in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down.
Page yourself over the intercom. Don't disguise your voice.
Insist that your email address begins with 'xena-warrior-princess' or 'elvis-the-king'.
Every time someone asks you to do something, ask if they want fries with that.
Put your garbage can on your desk and label it "IN."
Develop an unnatural fear of staplers.
Put decaf in the coffee maker for 3 weeks. Once everyone has gotten over their caffeine addictions, switch to espresso.
In the memo field of all your checks, write "FOR SEXUAL FAVORS".
Finish all your sentences with, "In accordance with the prophecy."
dont use any punctuation
As often as possible, skip rather than walk.
Ask people what sex they are. Laugh hysterically after they answer.
Specify that your drive-through order is "to go".
Sing along at the opera.
Go to a poetry recital and ask why the poems don't rhyme.
Put mosquito netting around your cubicle at work. Play a tape of jungle sounds all day.
Five days in advance, tell your friends you can't attend their party because you're not in the mood.
Have your co-workers address you by your wrestling name, Rock Hard.
When the money comes out of the cash machine, scream "I Won! I Won! Third time this week!"
When leaving the zoo, run towards the parking lot, yelling "Run for your lives, they're loose!"
Pay off your MasterCard with your Visa.
Pop some popcorn without putting on the lid.
When someone says, "Have a nice day," tell them you have other plans.
Send yourself a CandyGram.
Have a tea party with your pets.
Make a list of things to do that you have already done.
Put your toddler's clothes on backwards and send him to school as if nothing was wrong.
Write checks with Roman numerals.
Write "Out to lunch" on your forehead.
Leaf through a National Geographic and draw clothes on everybody.
Drive to the store in reverse.
Start a nasty rumor and see if you recognize it when it comes back to you.
Read the dictionary backwards and look for hidden messages.
Bill your doctor for time spent in the waiting room.
Stare at people through the points of a fork and pretend they're in jail.
Make up a language and stop someone to ask for directions.
Write a short story using alphabet soup.
Talk to your fish.
Kill roaches with a monkey wrench while playing Wagnerian arias.
Start conversations with the words, "Did you ever wonder why..."
Burn all your waste paper while eyeing your roommate suspiciously.
Buy a complete set of Transformers. Play with them loudly. If people comment, tell them with a straight face, "There's more to them than meets the eye."

Things to ponder

GOD couldn't take the time to bless us today because we couldn't take the time to thank HIM yesterday?
- GOD decided to stop leading us tomorrow because we didn't follow HIM today?
We never saw another flower bloom because we grumbled when GOD sent the rain?
- GOD didn't walk with us today because we failed to recognize it as HIS day?
- God took away the Bible tomorrow because we would not read it today?
- God took Away His message because we failed to listen to the messenger?
- God didn't send His only begotten Son because He wanted us to be prepared to pay the price for sin.
- the door of the church was closed because we did not open the door of our heart?
- God stopped loving and caring for us because we failed to love and care for others?
- God would not hear us today because we would not listen to Him yesterday?
- God answered our prayers the way we answer His call to service?
- God met our needs the way we give Him our lives????
- We failed to send this message on???
THIS COULD CHANGE SOMEONES LIFE!!!!!!

My Easter Egg

Happy Easter Every one.

What Your Easter Egg Says About You

You are a deeply spiritual and passionate person.

Easily moved, you feel emotions strongly and clearly.

You are compassionate, loving, and kind.

People feel inspired by your strength and convictions.

SmartPhone

Although IPhone is the latest must have gadget today, but I will stick to this Blackberry 8130 SmartPhone. It has everything I want, a portable command center including email and Internet, it has calendar capabilities and camera. Very convenient because it's ultra small and light with full keyboard and touch screen. At a very reasonable price in the market I will definitely stick to this.

Brother and Sister Tandem

When I told my brother about paid blogging, he started doing this but it seems like he's too busy lately, so I decided to take over for awhile. Maybe that's what brothers and sister are for. I remember when we were still in college, we went to the same school and we're both in the same department., there are times that we go over our budget, my brother always share what he have, at times that he have to absent from school and just give me his allowance so that I won't miss my class. He's very unselfish. He sacrificed a lot for me. I owe a lot from him until now I still don't know how to repay him. Although I know he's not expecting in return but someday, I promise I will surely help him.

A Resolution

I'm so glad that since January of this year I'm not anymore using my credit cards. I have more than two credit cards and I realize it's a bad thing. I have 3 major credit cards and about six store credit cards. Whew!!When I'm using them before, I can't control buying unnecessary stuffs. But now, it seems avoiding using credit cards is a working progress for me. It's better that it will remain clean so that at times of emergency I have something to use.

Gifts On the Way

What really excites me during after season sale is that I get to buy stuffs for my family in the Philippines. What I usually do is I put a 24X24X24 Balikbayan Box in our closet or in our storage room, and slowly fill it up. When it's full, it's ready for shipping. I'm so excited because I know it will put smiles in my loved ones faces.
What I really like here in the states because you can get branded stuff at a discounted price especially when you buy in bulk.
I think two weeks more to go before my package arrive. So far, all packages that I've sent arrived completely so this time I'm still confident that it won't be lost. I hope so.

A Prayerful Mom

We often hear the sayings which said" Mother's Knows Best". It's been proven most of the times. Because there are times that I'm confused I would ask my mom's counsel, I was able to weigh things right.
I would like to site for example the recent fight of Manny Pacquiao, while he was fighting her mom was fervently praying for his protection. No doubt, his mom's prayers was part of his triumph. It just take a prayerful mom behind our success.

God's Will

God's Will
gud day everyone!!!my gf invited me to attend a eucharistic mass just a while ago because she noticed that it was months ago since I was not able to attend a mass but then I refused, why? because I still have work and I will be late if I will attend a mass. She kept on convincing me and I still said no..since she was already late for the 3 pm she decided to attend the 4 pm mass instead, while waiting for the time, she told me that it was better to stay in the mall because i will also leave at 4 pm..at around 3:15 my supervisor texted me that I should better take a rest today because the machine was out of order and i'm quite disappointed to it..my gf keep on teasing me that if only I go with her to attend the 3pm mass (here in the Philippines there is always a mass every hour during sunday) maybe the machine will still be in good condition and of course I will not be force to take a day off..God really made a way...Forgive me Lord...

The Things I Could Have Said

I would have love being recognized as a valuable person. I want to be remembered as someone
nice, good and giving.I give and tolerate as long as I can, but when I reach the limit, then that's it.. like what my friend tell me, when I move on, I will never look back.
I would have love sending messages to someone I worked with. As my talent shift in strength from year to year,I would have love showing a wise acceptance of successes and failure with nothing more than simple look.
I realized that sometimes, we need to forget about some people from our past because of one simple reason, they just don't belong to our future.
I can't make someone love me forever, all I can do is to love someone with all my heart, the rest is up to the person to realized my worth

The Answer

In life we always search for answers because we want to prove to ourselves that we made the right decisions, but the truth is we can't search for what's not there. Things happen because they're meant to happen. That's why we forgive people who don't love us and we smile despite every painful crash in our hearts. At the end of the day the lesson you get are the answers to your decisions

Life

It's really hard to show everybody how you fell, scared of letting them know what's bothering you sometimes lying would be an excellent remedy to overshadow the tears from your eyes... you hide the pain by smiling.. you hide the tears by laughing you hide the sadness by lying.. and sometimes you just want to trade your life just to experience a minute of happiness that will really change everything... but that's what makes it ironic, the more you seek the happiness, the more you lose it..

Yehey

I'm glad that he started posting here already. This is going to be a brother and sister blog. I'm so moved when i read about his recent blog regarding our Mama's birthday. When I talked to her about it over the phone, I can feel that she's crying. Tears of Joy. Because her son is such a sweet young man. Keep it up Dong!

Better Luck Next Time

hahay... no operation! All machines were shutdown, what a boring day!! I dont know what I'm going to do, just to enjoy my self I'm just roaming around and doing nothing...

Just Venting

Sometimes when one of our loved ones would say" just live me alone, I'm such a burden, I wish I will die" they think it's right for us to hear that. No it's not right. Because it's painful. They should realize that the people around them who love them is the one who's suffering when they hear those word. I think it's not fair for anyone of us to wish to die because it hurts those people who love us especially our family.

Dongdong

His name is Genesis, but how come we call him Dondong? When he was still in my mom's tummy, according to her I'm so excited for having a baby brother. They didn't know yet that mom's having a son but I've been naming him already Dongdong. They didn't know why I call him Dongdong. That is just what come in my mouth that first time I know that I'm having a baby brother. I can't recall why I'm naming him that too. My brother Dongdong, were not just brother and sister, we're also the best of friends.

Induction Motor

When i was a 2nd yr college student, I got very disappointed when I first opened a squirrel cage induction motor. There was nothing inside. Only some wires that do not move and heavy iron cylinder fixed on an axle. The most interesting parts were bearings and a cooling fan but they didn't explain how an induction motor work. To me, the induction motor remained a mystery for a long time. however, slowly,it revealed some of its secrets. Now i must say that an induction motor is absolutely an ingenious device.it is rugged, long lasting, quiet, clean and most of all, it is cheap. most of its good properties come from its apparent" nothing inside" simplicity i learned all this during our preventive maintenance..
